Bette Davis said it first about old age, but it’s equally true about the turning points of midlife.

What with the body changes of perimenopause and menopause that leave you feeling like a stranger in your own body, to perhaps watching your kids leave the nest (well done, you!), to possibly facing the end of a long term marriage or career, your whole world seems to change.

It’s not surprising that it can be scary, lonely, and uncomfortable.

And yet…

It is also a great time for you to reframe who you are now and what you want to create in your own life – body, mind, and spirit. Because if your accumulated years have taught you anything, it’s that all parts of you are connected. You can’t just work on changing with your body without using your mind, and tuning in to your spiritual self is going to give you some powerful nudges about your beliefs. It follows that a change in one area of your life means everything else changes, too.

And it certainly takes courage. Because in order to have, create or be different things, you have to make different choices. To get off the treadmill of repeated thoughts and beliefs that simply keep you stuck. To reconnect in a powerful way to your own inner knowing about what’s right for you. To take full responsibility for your life. You up for it?

If you’re ready to shift out of the predictable and try a new way of being, I invite you to join the Midlife Alchemy program. It’s just for women. And it just might be exactly what you’re looking for.

And buckle up, darlin’. Whether you take control of the steering wheel or not, you’re in for one exciting ride.

Until next time,

Be well.
