I’m intelligent, curious, and resourceful. These are all good things.

But I have also been known to trap myself on a perpetual hamster wheel of repetitive and useless thoughts that do nothing more than exhaust me mentally, physically, emotionally.

And maybe you’re an overthinker, too:

Maybe you replay scenes from your past over and over and over…

Maybe you imagine worst case scenarios in technicolor…

Maybe you rehearse difficult conversations until you know them by heart (even though they never go the way you plan, anyway)…

Maybe your endless thoughts keep you up at night…

Maybe your brain is so busy that when you wake up in the morning it’s already deeply immersed in philosophical questions and world problems… Or simply picks up from where it left off at 3:00 in the morning…

Sound like you?

Welcome to my Queendom.

(Since I’m the queen, you can be the Duchess of Deliberation. Or maybe you prefer Countess of Cogitation?)

But did you know that your over-thinking is harming your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing?

Maybe even your relationships.

If you’re struggling to find your purpose, your perpetual pondering could be the block. I mean, if you soul tried to speak to you right now, could you even hear it with that cacophony in your head?

As the (reformed) Queen of Over-Thinking, I proclaim that it doesn’t have to be that way.

You can calm the mental chatter. Sleep well. Find peace in the day. Lose weight. (Yeah, I said that.) Get clarity on who you are and what’s next for you.

If I’ve sparked your curiosity, you’ll want to join me for a free Over-Thinking Detox July 11, 12, and 13. It could be the start of something peaceful.
